Betty Schrampfer-Azar used to have a really good list of phrasal verbs in the appendices of her grammar books. When I was in Africa I kept building on that list until I had 6 or 7 single-spaced 10-point pages. Then my little Mac Power Book crashed and I was never able to recover them.
