Tesco sells 500 gr raw peanuts for 40 THB. They have 29.7 gr protein per 100 gr.
Mackarel in cans (I like the spicy black pepper sauce cans in green) has about 40 grams of protein... Milk isn't bad either.

Am constantly reminded that diet is 80%, training 20%. :agreed

I don't think I could stomach one of those cans of mackerel. I used to get those for the stray cat that lived in the the parking lot for a while.

Eggs and soy milk are good palatable cheap and easy protein sources.

Mackerel has something special. Omega 3 fatty acids.

I would use to my diet mung beans. They are cheap and they can replace normal beans and lentils with no issues. Or you can use the yellow split ones as a substitute to split peas and even make your own humus if you are a Mediterranean food lover.

Skinless (lean) chicken is a good option and boiling it doesn't require any oil - or use healthier oils which can be good in moderation.

TBH, I just walked out of BIG C with about 40 of those green "Mackerel in black pepper sauce" cans. Spicy and good with raw peanuts (YMMV, I'm a weird bastard).

Couldn't pass the bakery and walked out with doughnuts.

Now, where can I buy some willpower?

It might not be everyone's taste, but Isaan people and recent researchers found out that these animals are not just a rich protein source, they're are also called Isaan Viagra.

I eat some from time to time and the taste is much better than a hamburger at McDonalds....:burp P.S. I reckon a cold Leo......
