    No smoking and no drinking.

Well, I stopped drinking on 8 September and had since then two bottles of Leo beer in all.

I stopped smoking on 26 September. I would have smoked 1,115 cigarettes until now!

Exercising is needed so did some maintenance to my bicycle and cleaned it. Every day I take out the bicycle. Just to buy things at the grocery or for a little trip.

What about you? Do you exercise?

I stopped smoking nearly 5 years ago and immediately gained a lot more energy. I use the bike now alot more than the car after I get home from work. A very good decision all around.

Stopping smoking was much, much easier than I expected. A worthy challenge actually. I am glad I had two years under my belt without smokes before I started the TCT exams!

i talk a lot, sing a lot, hum in between and then some hopping and a -bobbing and ring-a-rosy round the library room, cycling is my forte, especially uphill spurts and racing the wind and rain.

I am considering ballet sessions while we wait around for lunch, leafing through newspapers - looking at the pictures takes but a minute...

We have a Mini marathon coming up, running around the perimetres of the town for about an hour. That reminds me, I have to put in some serious investigation on the time of day all this will be happening...

I try to run regularly (5 to 6 times a week), currently 80+km a week. That keeps the excess weight off. A few light exercises at home keeps my shape in reasonable condition. I don't smoke, I rarely drink alcohol and I try to eat fairly healthily.

How fit are you? Try this "fitness calculator". Fitness calculator - CERG - NTNU

I'm always a bit sceptical about some of these online calculators but I got a good score so it might be right this time. :hilarious:

I had the same till i re read this part:

I used inch instead of cm.
When I did it right I got:
Your VO2MAX is calculated to be

    41

and your estimated "fitness age" is

    58

    :ashamed:

    Ha ha.. pretty accurate then.

That's funny man. I laughed out loud in the office.
