The Thai Ministry of Health reported that influenza started to spread due to the ongoing rainy season.

Although I don't belong to the group of 'people at high risk developing flu-related complications', I got myself an influenza vaccination at a local clinic in town. The cost was 450 THB.

If it's offered, I'll get in line with the little monkeys and get jabbed.

If there was less than a hundred variations of the flu, I might. As the jabs are type specific, I don't see the point. You can still get the flu, even after a jab, but the symptoms are reduced.
