I recently visited KSP as I wanted to enquire about the permanent licence application process. When I showed them all the documents in my possession, the young lady behind the counter kindly advised me that they now have a new licence application form. Unless I’m mistaken, you can’t find this on the KSP website yet, therefore I’ve proceeded to scan all its pages for all our members’ benefit. 01.jpeg 02.jpeg 03.jpeg 04.jpeg 05.jpeg 06.jpeg 07.jpeg 08.jpeg 09.jpeg 10.jpeg 11.jpeg 12.jpeg 13.jpeg 14.jpeg 15.jpeg 16.jpeg

Yes, as I have written in a previous post the application has change. That's the new one.

'Teachers Preparation Examination' including at least 24 units (sic).

Are we talking here about the long awaited replacement of the Professional Knowledge Tests?

Or could it be that besides holding a Graduate Diploma in Education with at least 24 credits, applicants have a sit a Teacher's Preparation Examination? :chinrub

I take it we're taking about the teacher licence with the validity of 5 years.

Yes - valid for five years, apologies for the confusion.
I said permanent to make it clear I wasn't talking about the 2-year waiver (temporary licence).

Happy new year 2017 to you .

My first resolution for this year is to process the teaching license.

I've got a bachelor in Science of Education in France (learn online but got in France to pass it at the university).
For what's follow, it's important to understand, the university won't send the original of the diploma before March 2017. (my contrat, visa, WP finish end April 22017)
But I can ask for a certificate right now. Do you think it will cope with the required document described just below ?

    thanks for your advice.

I think with the certificate you can apply for, and will be granted a next provisional teaching permit.

Really, even if it's the fourth waiver ?
