I brought 2.5 kg back from Europe. First, I would mix it with cold milk and drink it quickly. Now, I let it get thick, then add those lower sugar lactobacillus casei 800 ml drinks for taste to the "pudding".

An older man whom I let it use was deeply unhappy as he soiled himself, being down in his cellar.

I had a friend who would put it in a blender with 2 very ripe bananas, a red apple, a very large tablespoon of peanut butter, ice, 1/4 cup of almond milk and a dash of almond extract. He would top it with ground cinnamon. In the shake you tastes the bananas and peanut butter and the rest you know is there but don't taste it. I don't know how good it is for losing weight, but it has the same effect as eating a large very ripe papaya.
