    The other day, one of those six-pack producers, promising a "Kinobody" shared the he doesn't eat breakfast and believes in stuffing himself for supper. WTF? There are serious studies out showing how skipping breakfast is a bad idea for obese people.

    Has anyone tried hip flexor exercises? Hadn't even heard of those muscles. But like others, I was quite rusty (that's an euphemism!). One video shows how to relax that muscle by doing something for the glutes. That's amazing. Not only training a muscle, but also relaxing it afterwards by activating the counter muscle.

    Have no time to go to a gym - but these exercises can be done at home.

    Hope some fellow couch potato will check it out.
